Key Responsibilities
- Making sure price and promotional strategies are aligned to internal brand strategies and financial KPIs, but also external economic climate
- Support to create sell in stories for P&P strategies
- Performance tracking: provide insight and course correction for new in market strategies
- Consult on customer JBPs and terms to make sure these are aligned to Twinings strategy and create positive ROI for both parties
- Drive profitability by optimising assortment mix and creating channel specific price & promotional strategies
- Leading role in driving 1% base improvement plan
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- High capability of transforming large data sets into insight and then into action.
- Financially and commercially astute.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Naturally curious
