What You'll Do
Avalara is building a future where tax compliance is seamless and borderless. We are hiring a Senior Revenue Marketing Manager to drive Enterprise and Mid-Market pipeline and bookings growth for our tax and compliance solutions across UKI & EMEA. You will be a central connector between Marketing and Sales, ensuring that every campaign is purpose-built to generate and convert pipeline.
You will play an important part in Avalara's international growth strategy, giving you the opportunity to make a massive impact in a fast-moving space. You will join the International Marketing team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, International.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Own and execute end-to-end demand generation programmes targeting Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts across priority EMEA markets.
- Design multi-channel campaigns (paid digital, ABM, field, partner-led motions) aligned to Enterprise buying cycles and regulatory mandates.
- Partner with Sales and Sales Development (SDRs) to ensure seamless handoffs, fast follow-up, and effective lead progression.
- Drive pipeline velocity and bookings performance through disciplined planning and real-time investment decisions to maximise efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve mid-funnel bottlenecks, and lead re-engagement plays for stalled pipeline.
- Manage the EMEA Enterprise marketing budget, tracking ROI against pipeline and bookings outcomes.
- Equip SDRs with relevant content and context to improve conversion.
- Leverage AI tools and methodologies to drive efficiency, personalise campaigns, and scale demand generation efforts.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong emphasis on demand generation and pipeline generation, including 3+ years in an Enterprise-focused role within EMEA.
- A forward-thinking approach, with the ability to leverage AI to drive efficiency, personalisation, and scale.
- Proven experience working with technology partners in a co-sell or partner-led demand motion.
- Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise technology stacks (e.g., Salesforce, 6sense, Power BI).
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret intent signals, funnel metrics, and reporting dashboards.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills to build trust with cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
- A mindset rooted in rigour, diligence, accountability, and ownership—resilient and energised by delivering commercial results.
