Island is shaping the future of work

Creating an enterprise workspace for both knowledge workers and agents - where access, security, and AI-powered productivity are built in. Our enterprise agentic control plane boosts productivity across devices, browsers, applications, networks, and data while protecting sensitive information, simplifying access, and helping enterprises scale AI safely.

Behind all of that is a team of people who care deeply about their craft and want to do the biggest and best work of their careers. At Island, character and drive matter more than your resume.

Backed by Coatue Management, Insight Partners, Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, and other world-class investors, Island is used by millions of people at some of the planet’s largest enterprises.

Come build with us. Together, we’re changing how the world works.

Island is growing fast, and as we scale globally, we're looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, International to be the operational backbone of our International (EMEA/APAC) Go-To-Market organisation, spanning Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Operations, Deal Strategy, and Reporting & Analytics.

About the Role

This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who wants to directly shape how Island scales. Reporting directly to the Head of International Revenue Strategy & Operations, you'll be their first hire, joining at the ground floor as Island builds out its International Go-To-Market function. You'll act as the trusted operational partner to International GTM leadership, bringing structure to pipeline, forecasting, and deal execution, while owning the analytics and business operations that keep a fast-growing international region running smoothly. You'll operate across the full funnel: from marketing-sourced pipeline, through sales execution and deal structuring, to customer success and renewals, with regional nuance (multi-currency, multi-entity, local compliance) built into everything you do.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How We Work

Note: This position is a hybrid role working out of our Reading, UK office once per week typically on Mondays. We believe collaboration and culture thrive face-to-face, and we can’t wait to welcome you to the team.

What You’ll Do

Revenue Operations Across the Funnel (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)

  • Own pipeline generation-to-close reporting across the full funnel, ensuring clean handoffs and consistent definitions.
  • Drive delivery and adoption of GTM processes, tools, and methodologies tailored to International market dynamics.
  • Support renewal and expansion motions with CS leadership to protect and grow net revenue retention.

Deal Strategy & Deal Desk

  • Act as the go-to partner for International Sales on deal structuring, non-standard terms, pricing, and approval workflows.
  • Own the Deal Desk function for International: reviewing quotes, enforcing bookings policy and Rules of Engagement, acting as the escalation point for complex/cross-border deals.
  • Advise on discounting, ramps, co-terms, and multi-entity/multi-currency deal construction with Finance and Legal.
  • Identify and close gaps in quote-to-cash processes specific to international commercial structures.

Planning & Analytics

  • Lead forecasting cadence for International, analyzing period-over-period movement and driving forecast accuracy.
  • Build and maintain executive-level KPIs and dashboards (pipeline health, conversion, forecast accuracy, retention, productivity).
  • Translate complex, multi-region data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Partner with GTM leaders on territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling.

Regional Build-Out

  • QBR support: logistics, content prep, data package builds.
  • Support International office planning and stand-up (space, tooling, local vendor coordination).
  • Take on ad hoc, cross-functional projects that come with founding a new region.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or GTM Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment, ideally with international/multi-region exposure.
  • 2+ years of Deal Desk experience (deal structuring, pricing, discounting, and approval workflows)
  • 2+ years of experience partnering cross-functionally (Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, Legal) and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of experience using Salesforce, CPQ, AI (revenue intelligence and forecasting), and reporting/BI tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling RevOps in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with fluency in translating data into clear insight.
  • Operated in a global or multi-region SaaS technology company and understand the added complexity of scaling revenue operations internationally.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats. This role will occasionally pull you into things outside a traditional RevOps remit simply because someone needs to own it.
  • AI-forward, always looking for ways automation can make reporting, forecasting, and deal processes faster and smarter.
