Introduction
Scilife is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager (100% remote) to build and lead Revenue Operations as a centralized function serving Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. This is a role for a strategic, AI-fluent leader with the systems depth to govern and direct a modern revenue stack (HubSpot at its core), and with forecasting and pipeline rigor at the heart of how it drives growth. You will set the strategy and roadmap, turn data into recommendations that steer growth, lead and grow a team of three ops specialists who run the day-to-day, and stay hands-on where it counts while your team executes. Modern RevOps is about designing systems where AI executes — you will set the standards and governance behind our commercial engine.
Who is Scilife
At Scilife, we build cloud-based technology that helps companies in the life-sciences industry manage everything quality, process, and product-related. Our customers make life-saving and life-enhancing products that make a difference in the world; our SaaS platform helps them get to market fast while complying with regulatory requirements. We are growing quickly and building a modern, data-driven commercial engine to match.
Your responsibilities
- Own the RevOps strategy & roadmap: translate company goals into an executable plan and recommend where to grow across the funnel (Marketing, Sales, CS).
- Own the forecast, funnel & reporting: run forecasting end-to-end (methodology, weekly roll-ups, commit vs. best-case); own stage-to-stage conversion, pipeline coverage, leakage, deal inspection, and win/loss; deliver self-serve dashboards and decision-ready recommendations for leadership — not raw numbers.
- Run the commercial engine: own the deal desk / quote-to-cash (pricing, discounts, approvals, CPQ, contract routing); territory, quota, capacity, and compensation (design and administration); CRM adoption and lead-to-sale SLAs (routing, speed-to-lead, MQL→SQL); and enablement, onboarding, and playbooks.
- Lead & develop the team: manage three direct reports; set objectives, coach, and grow them; spread system knowledge to remove single points of failure; integrate the specialists whose reporting lines are moving into RevOps and establish the team’s ways of working.
- Own systems, data & governance: own the architecture, data model, shared definitions (lifecycle, qualified-lead, routing logic), reporting standards, and change-control across the full stack (HubSpot, Clay, Gainsight, Hockeystack, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Lusha, Surfe, Discern) — one source of truth, with your team administering the day-to-day.
- Partner neutrally & apply AI: partner with leadership across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance on a regular prioritization cadence with named service levels to each function (no single function owns RevOps); own the GTM AI strategy — designing systems where AI executes and setting the standards your team builds to against.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What success looks like in 6–12 months
In your first 6–12 months, success looks like:
- A clear RevOps strategy and roadmap adopted by leadership, with your recommendations shaping decisions across Sales, Marketing, and CS.
- A high-performing, cross-trained team of three with no single points of failure — every critical system has more than one person who understands it.
- An accurate, trusted sales forecast, with clear pipeline-coverage and conversion visibility — sales leadership can see where deals leak and where to coach.
- A working prioritization cadence with your exec stakeholders — the team’s work is agreed together, not requested in silos.
- A clean, automated CRM foundation - high data quality, key workflows and routing automated, and contract & pricing built into the CRM.
- One source of truth across Sales, Marketing, and CS — shared definitions and reporting standards adopted by all three functions.
- Clay and the enrichment / automation layer fully live - moving from very light use to an always-on enrichment and routing engine.
- Real-time cross-team target and pacing visibility for leadership and ICs - self-serve, not ad hoc.
- A faster, modernised commercial motion across every channel, fully measured, with clear visibility into what’s working and the tracking, targets, and incentives to strengthen what isn’t.
- The GTM AI strategy operational - AI workflows live across AE, BDR, Partner, and RevOps, taking manual load off and providing guidance to the teams, naturally increasing our pipeline generation and win rate.
- Stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and CS receiving proactive insights and recommendations they weren’t getting before.
