SENIOR REVIT TECHNICIAN
Locations: Manchester, Chester, Leeds, Newcastle or London
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

At GHD, we're committed to solving the world's biggest challenges in water, energy and infrastructure. As we continue to grow our UK Water business, we're looking for a Senior Revit Technician to join our multidisciplinary design teams and play a key role in delivering complex projects across the water sector and wider infrastructure markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys working collaboratively with engineers, designers and project teams to produce high-quality BIM models and technical drawings that help deliver sustainable outcomes for our clients and communities.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Revit Technician, you'll be responsible for developing and coordinating BIM models and design documentation across a range of projects. You'll support project delivery throughout the design lifecycle while helping to drive best practice in BIM and digital engineering.
Working within multidisciplinary teams, you'll contribute to the successful delivery of projects from concept through to detailed design and construction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce detailed 3D Revit models and technical drawings to a high standard.
- Develop and coordinate BIM deliverables across multidisciplinary project teams.
- Support the production of design documentation, layouts, schedules and construction drawings.
- Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards, BIM requirements and company procedures.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers and project managers to resolve design challenges.
- Mentor and support junior technicians and contribute to the development of BIM best practice.
- Participate in model reviews, clash detection and coordination workshops.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across digital design and project delivery.
ABOUT YOU
We're interested in hearing from candidates who have:
- Significant experience using Autodesk Revit within an engineering, infrastructure or built environment consultancy.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes, standards and collaborative workflows.
- Experience producing detailed design and construction drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and technical coordination skills.
- Experience working on multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within project teams.

DESIRABLE
- Experience working within the water sector, including clean water, wastewater or related infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks or other BIM coordination software.
- Knowledge of UK water industry standards and client frameworks.
