Group companies include: South Staffs Water, Cambridge Water, Advanced Engineering Solutions, Hydrosave, G Stow, OnSite, Integrated Water Services, Omega Red, Echo Managed Services, Aptumo, Aqua Direct, and Office Water Coolers.

The Role

South Staffordshire Group is a diverse and growing organisation committed to attracting, retaining and rewarding talented people. We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Reward Analyst to join our People Team and play a key role in shaping and delivering our reward and benefits offering across the Group.

Working closely with the Group HR Director and senior stakeholders, you will help ensure our reward practices remain fair, competitive and aligned to business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced reward professional who enjoys using data and insight to influence decision-making, drive continuous improvement and enhance the employee experience.

  • Supporting pension governance activities and benefits renewals, liaising with external providers as required.
  • Preparing reports, analysis and briefing materials for Executive and Remuneration Committee discussions.
  • Supporting the production of gender pay gap and ethnicity pay gap reporting.
  • Ensuring reward data is accurate, compliant and subject to appropriate governance controls.
  • Developing clear and engaging reward and benefits communications for employees and managers.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external reward, pension and benefits providers.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reward processes, systems and tools to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
