Shape how Reward works across a global business.
This is an opportunity to take real ownership of Kambi’s Reward agenda, from salary structures and benchmarking to incentives and global benefits. You’ll have the scope to challenge what we do today, use data and market insight to identify where we can improve, and turn those ideas into practical solutions for our people and the business.
You’ll join a collaborative, supportive global People team where you’ll have plenty of autonomy and visibility. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, so rather than managing a team, you’ll own Reward processes and initiatives from analysis and recommendation through to implementation and communication.
We work in a hybrid model, with three days per week in the office.
About the team
You’ll be part of Kambi’s global People team, working alongside approximately 20 People professionals around the world.
You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across the People function and the wider business to make sure our approach to Reward is competitive, consistent and practical. You’ll also build productive relationships with benefits providers, brokers and other external partners.
This is a great opportunity if you enjoy combining strategic thinking with getting into the detail. You’ll have the freedom to identify opportunities, make evidence-based recommendations and help us continuously improve the Reward experience for employees and managers.
What you’ll do
You’ll take ownership across a broad Reward portfolio, including:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
