Reward Partner - Permanent - High growth organisation

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation as they look to add a Senior Reward Partner to their team, in this full-time, permanent opportunity.

The role:

You'll lead the delivery of annual salary and bonus review cycles, provide market benchmarking and reward analysis, support job architecture and pay governance, and ensure reward frameworks remain competitive, compliant and aligned to business objectives.

The main responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in a Reward, Compensation or broader HR role with strong reward exposure.
  • Experience managing salary reviews, bonus cycles and benchmarking.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting and presenting reward data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A commercial mindset and a passion for developing effective reward solutions.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with HR or reward systems.

Senior Reward Partner - Permanent - High-Growth Organisation

MCS Group is partnering with a high-growth organisation as they seek to appoint a Senior Reward Partner to their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a key appointment for an experienced reward professional who will take a leading role in shaping and delivering the organisation's reward strategy. Working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders, you will ensure reward frameworks remain competitive, commercially focused and aligned with the organisation's continued growth.

The role

As Senior Reward Partner, you will lead the delivery of the organisation's annual salary and bonus review cycles while providing expert guidance across compensation, benchmarking, job architecture and pay governance.

You will use market intelligence and reward data to influence senior-level decisions, develop effective reward solutions and support the continued evolution of the organisation's overall reward proposition.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of annual salary, bonus and wider reward review cycles.
  • Develop and enhance the organisation's reward strategy, policies and frameworks.
  • Provide expert advice to senior leaders on compensation, benchmarking and reward-related matters.
  • Lead market analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure the organisation remains competitive.
  • Support the development of job architecture, grading structures and pay governance.
  • Produce clear reward insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Ensure reward practices remain compliant, consistent and aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with HR, Finance and senior stakeholders to deliver commercially effective reward solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reward processes, systems and employee understanding.

The successful candidate

  • Significant experience within Reward, Compensation and Benefits, or a senior HR role with substantial reward responsibility.
  • Strong experience leading salary reviews, bonus cycles and market-benchmarking activity.
  • Experience developing reward frameworks, job architecture or pay structures.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into commercial recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills, with confidence operating at senior leadership level.
  • A commercially focused and pragmatic approach to reward.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using HR, payroll or specialist reward systems.
