Reward strategy across multiple jurisdictions, a US 401k scheme to launch, and a seat in HR leadership. Not a bad 12 months.

A top international law firm is looking for a Senior Reward and Benefits Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract, covering a period of parental leave.

You will own the firm's reward and benefits strategy across all of its operating regions, reporting to the Director of HR and leading a two-person team. You will be the go-to expert, advising senior stakeholders across both business services and fee earning divisions.

What you will be doing:

  • Shaping reward and benefits strategy internationally
  • Running the end-to-end salary review and bonus cycle
  • Designing and testing pay for performance and incentive plans
  • Overseeing grading and salary survey job matching using WTW GGS
  • Managing benefits broker relationships and the renewal process
  • Leading on the early establishment of the firm's US 401k scheme
  • Sitting on the UK Pension Governance Committee
  • Keeping the firm compliant, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive and UK Gender Pay Gap reporting
  • Leading the annual HR budgeting process

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
