We are working with a highly respected UK engineering and technology company that is continuing to expand its RF capability and is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to join its client's team working on advanced technology programmes.
Current and recent projects span autonomous systems, secure communications, mobile ad-hoc radio networks, IoT sensing platforms, airborne radar, and space-based RF technologies. The environment is innovation-driven, technically deep, and varied – no two projects are the same.
This opportunity suits an adaptable and technically strong engineer who enjoys solving complex RF challenges, learning continuously, and working across diverse, cutting-edge applications.
The Senior RF Engineer will play a key role in the design, development, and verification of high-performance RF and microwave systems and products.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Senior RF Engineer will take concepts from early-stage ideas through to real, deployable hardware. The role involves hands-on RF design, testing, and technical problem-solving, alongside the ability to communicate complex engineering concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
