A growing semiconductor technology company developing next-generation RF solutions for mobile and connected devices is seeking a Senior RF Test Engineer to join their development team in Cambridge.

This organization is focused on simplifying RF front-end architectures and enabling more efficient global connectivity across a wide range of wireless products. Their engineering team works on cutting-edge RF technology, collaborating closely across RF design, systems, and validation disciplines to deliver high-performance, manufacturable products.

The company is now looking to appoint a Senior RF Test Engineer who will take ownership of RF measurement, characterisation, and validation activities across advanced RF modules and systems.

The Role

As a Senior RF Test Engineer, you will play a key role in validating RF performance and ensuring strong correlation between simulation, design expectations, and measured hardware results.

Working closely with RF design and systems teams, the Senior RF Test Engineer will lead measurement activities, develop robust test methodologies, and help drive best practices across RF characterisation and validation.

This is a hands-on laboratory role suited to an engineer who enjoys solving complex RF measurement challenges and improving the efficiency and repeatability of RF test infrastructure.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
