Role Summary

The Senior RFP Content Manager role is responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of RFP content, within the RFP content repository. The role partners closely with the Global RFP team, subject matter experts (SMEs), and users across the firm to maintain & update over 10,000 standard records. The Senior Content Manager leads quarterly content updates, resolves questions related to live RFPs/DDQs, facilitates RFP content system training, and manages and communicates large-scale updates across the content library.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains RFP content with a global perspective, using a consultative approach to ensure easy-to-use content, regularly communicating changes to content users.
  • Supports RFP content users in training, usage, best practices, and functionality.
  • Coordinates with partners across the firm to review and update RFP content, including large-scale quarterly updates and ad hoc critical communications edits.
  • Proactively engages with internal users and solicits feedback for significant content and process updates/changes.
  • Develops solutions, processes, and relationships integral to enhancing the full RFP process life cycle.
  • Creates and manages in-depth procedures and user guides.
  • Tests and incorporates new content management system functionality, including AI tools.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role within Asset Management

Preferred

  • Experience working with content management and workflow systems and repositories, especially Responsive.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A willingness to learn new things and a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Work Flexibility

This position is eligible to work from home one day per week.
