A leading Financial Services organisation is looking for an experienced Financial Risk professional to join its second-line risk function.
The role will provide oversight and challenge across credit risk, ALM, investment risk, Matching Adjustment and Internal Models, working closely with senior risk leadership and first-line teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide second-line review and challenge of financial risk frameworks and processes.
- Oversee credit risk, ALM, hedging and investment activities.
- Support Matching Adjustment, PIM/Internal Model and ORSA activities.
- Provide risk input into BPA transactions, reinsurance and strategic investment activity.
- Monitor financial risk metrics and contribute to senior governance reporting.
- Support the wider Enterprise Risk and Risk Appetite Frameworks.

About you:
- Financial risk experience within Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk, investments and/or ALM.
- Experience in second-line risk, oversight or assurance.
- Understanding of Solvency II/Solvency UK, Internal Models and ORSA.
- BPA, Matching Adjustment or illiquid asset experience would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
