- Engage with Tier 1 contractors to assess contractor-held risks and their impact on programme-level risks and opportunities.
- Produce and present accurate, insightful risk information for programme reviews, senior leadership meetings and project boards.
- Support the development and improvement of risk management processes, reporting and tools.
- Manage and verify information within Power BI risk dashboards, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide guidance and technical support to Risk Analysts and Trainee Risk Analysts.
- Lead risk management and risk software training for project teams and wider stakeholders.

- Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies, tools and techniques.
- Experience working within a large-scale engineering, construction or major projects environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear project insight.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, including Project and Programme leadership.
- The confidence to challenge assumptions and facilitate constructive conversations around risk.
- An understanding of how risk interacts with cost, schedule, change and overall project performance.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities.
- Experience of working within the nuclear industry or another highly regulated environment would be highly advantageous.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
