Senior Risk Analyst | Major Nuclear Programme | Up to £82,000

Salary: Up to £82,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + Hybrid Working (3 Days Bridgwater)

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset (commutable from Bristol, Taunton, Exeter, Bath)

On offer is a senior, highly visible role at the heart of a major nuclear programme, where your risk expertise will directly influence decisions at Board level and shape the delivery of a project that will power millions of homes.

This is a project of national importance, operating within a highly regulated nuclear environment, with a dedicated Project Controls function, investment in specialist tooling, and a Risk team aligned to the programme's most critical success factors. As Senior Risk Analyst, you will own risk management for your assigned programme area end to end. You will maintain the risk register in ARM, run quantitative schedule risk analysis in Safran, produce reporting for senior stakeholders and Board-level reviews, facilitate workshops and scenario planning sessions, and ensure that schedule and cost estimates across your area are informed by high quality risk intelligence.

This role would suit a Senior Risk Analyst from a construction, infrastructure or engineering programme background who is looking for a flagship project, genuine seniority, and a team that takes risk management seriously.

The Role:

  • Lead risk management for a designated programme area on a major nuclear new build
  • Own ARM risk register data quality and produce reporting to a defined cycle including Board-level presentations
  • Run QSRA in Safran to provide schedule risk confidence levels and inform contingency decisions
  • Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards used by senior programme leadership

The Candidate:

  • Demonstrable experience in risk management within a construction, engineering or major infrastructure programme
  • Hands-on experience with ARM and Safran (or equivalent QSRA tooling)
  • Confident presenting complex risk insights to senior and Board-level stakeholders
