Location:
This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office.

Are you ready to shape and lead a best-in-class risk and resilience function in a fast-moving, purpose-led business? At Holland & Barrett, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Risk & Business Resilience Manager to take ownership of our enterprise risk strategy and business continuity planning, helping us stay prepared, protected, and agile as we grow.

The Role
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise risk frameworks and governance.
- Oversee business continuity planning and crisis response with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain the Global Risk Register and ensure key risks are escalated appropriately.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations on risk mitigation.
- Support supplier and third-party risk management activities.
- Develop and deliver risk awareness and training programmes across the business.
- Analyse trends and incidents, providing insight and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Line manage the Business Continuity Manager and drive continuous improvement.

The Person
- Proven experience in enterprise risk management and business resilience.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
- Experience in global retail or a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment (preferred).
- Professional certifications in risk or continuity management (e.g. CRM, BCI) are desirable.
- A collaborative leader with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving organisation.
