Senior Risk & Compliance Manager | London
📍 London (Hybrid: 2 days in office)
💰 £110,000 + benefits
We're partnering with a growing international business to appoint a Senior Risk & Compliance Manager reporting directly to the General Counsel.
This is a broad, strategic role for an experienced compliance professional who enjoys working across regulatory compliance, risk management, corporate governance and business operations. You'll act as the organisation's compliance SME, helping navigate an evolving global regulatory landscape while building practical, commercially focused frameworks that support business growth.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring and interpreting regulatory developments across the UK, EU, US and Australia
- Leading regulatory compliance and horizon-scanning activities
- Supporting product and supply chain compliance programmes
- Enhancing risk management frameworks and maintaining the corporate risk register
- Overseeing corporate compliance areas including whistleblowing, conduct and ethics, anti-fraud and sustainability obligations
- Managing the privacy programme and broader governance initiatives
- Partnering with legal, commercial and operational stakeholders across the business

Experience required
- Strong experience in compliance, regulatory affairs or risk management
- Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions
- A commercial mindset and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Exposure to corporate compliance frameworks, risk registers and governance processes
- Knowledge of product compliance, supply chain regulation or sustainability-related regulation
