Senior Risk & Control Analyst

The Senior Risk & Control Analyst role sits within the Business Banking Business Controls team, supporting ongoing risk identification, understanding, and management across the Business Banking business.

You will use data, management information and insight to provide a clear view of the risk and control environment, identifying emerging themes and opportunities for improvement. Collaborating closely with Risk & Control Specialists and Managers, you'll contribute to effective risk management by supporting reporting, analysis, and the continuous development of the Business Banking risk profile.

About the Role

This position offers a strong foundation in risk and control practices while developing knowledge of Business Banking processes, products, and regulatory expectations.

  • Hybrid model: Employees spend at least two days per week in the office (or 40% of their working time if part-time)
