Job Description:
Your responsibilities will shape governance frameworks for Business Continuity Planning, Information Security, Third Party Risk, and Fraud Risk, always with attention to the unique environment and complexities of ISG Product Control and Valuation Control. This team offers broad visibility across core Finance functions, demanding a deep understanding of operational risk and control frameworks, regulatory interpretation, and innovative governance solutions. Senior leaders collaborate across divisions, set the tone for excellence, and empower teams to drive best practices. Joining us means leveraging your experience to guide risk strategy, champion a culture of accountability, and deliver practical solutions at the highest levels of the Finance division.
- Lead key risk processes across product control evaluation control functions within finance including RCSA, business continuity information security and compliance activities.
- Own and high impact initiatives, leveraging deep finance expertise.
- Oversee team members preparation of risk reports and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders within finance across the firm.
- Supervisor reporting of risk incidents within an ISG product control evaluation control and perform thematic analysis to identify trains and recommend solutions.
- Drive issue resolution and action planning within the Firm’s risk inventory, with a focus on ISG Product Control and Valuation control processes and controls.
- Identify emerging non-financial risks and assist senior management in developing mitigation strategies.
- Maintain risk policies, procedures and information security protocols.
- Champion the firms values in foster culture of accountability.

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in Financial Services, ideally with advanced knowledge of product and or valuation control process and controls.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to distil complex issues into clear insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Initiative, independence, and strong time management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with tools like Power BI or Alteryx is a bonus.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Holds a relevant degree or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA).
