Role Description
The Senior Road Product & Pricing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing pricing for European road transport services, including preparing quotations, maintaining rate tables, and ensuring competitive and profitable pricing strategies. The coordinator will analyze market data, customer requirements, and operational costs to propose tailored pricing solutions and support sales teams in winning and retaining business. Daily tasks include collaborating with operations, sales, and customer service teams, monitoring product performance, preparing reports, and contributing to the development of road product offerings.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pricing data, market trends, and cost structures.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting pricing proposals.
- Customer service skills to understand client needs and provide responsive, solution-oriented support.
- Sales-oriented mindset with experience supporting commercial teams and contributing to tender responses.
- Ability to deliver training on pricing tools, procedures, and best practices to internal stakeholders.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or road freight environments, ideally in a pricing or product role.
- Proficiency with Excel and other data analysis tools; familiarity with cargowise is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests under time pressure.
