Senior Robotics Research Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Robotics Research Engineer to work with our Robotics Research and External Collaborations Team, based in Welwyn Garden City in the UK. The team has a track record of collaborating with some of the leading robotics research groups in both academia and industry including working on the EU funded research projects:
- SoMa
- SecondHands
- Sestosenso
- Intelliman
- Softenable
We are currently in receipt of funding from the Advanced Research and Invention Agency's Robot Dexterity Program to develop a novel, biologically inspired, end-effector, and are about to embark on a further EU project using advanced sensing, modelling, and control strategies (including machine learning) to enhance the capabilities of soft manipulators in order to improve their scope of use.
