About the Role

Fancy taking up a permanent, full-time role in our Senior Occupational Therapy Rotation? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic candidate to come and join our teams to complete varied rotational opportunities in Band 6 roles.

Rotational Opportunities

We currently offer a wide range of rotations across:

  • Paediatrics
  • Emergency care services (frailty at the front door, acute assessment areas)
  • Medical inpatient wards
  • Orthopaedics (Trauma & Elective)
  • Neurology (Acute, Specialist Rehab Centre and Early Supported Discharge)
  • Elderly medicine inpatients
  • General rehabilitation

These rotational positions aim to provide opportunities to develop your skills across a range of clinical settings. We offer six-monthly rotations through the various teams with opportunities to extend your skills in the clinical specialties and develop leadership skills. You will be encouraged to participate in service improvement through audit and research, with educational opportunities through the in-service training programmes.

We are also looking to work with partnership organizations to offer opportunities to work in community settings. You will have professional support and supervision from the Therapy Team and Clinical Leaders and support from Senior Occupational Therapists from other specialties as required. Each Therapy team has an office which is shared with the physiotherapists and assistants.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
