Are you a commercially driven Revenue Management professional ready to influence strategy at the highest level?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Revenue Manager to lead the commercial performance of a portfolio of routes within one of the UK's highest revenue-generating inter-city rail operations. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape revenue strategy, deliver significant commercial growth and play a key leadership role within the Revenue Management function.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and deliver route-level revenue strategies, driving multi-million-pound incremental revenue growth.
  • Lead strategic Revenue Management initiatives and translate complex data into commercial action.
  • Provide expert guidance across the wider Revenue Management team and deputise for senior leadership when required.
  • Coach and develop Revenue Managers and Analysts, promoting best practice and commercial excellence.
  • Work closely with Marketing to deliver compelling pricing strategies while ensuring compliance with advertising standards.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Extensive experience in Revenue Management, Pricing or Commercial Strategy within a complex, high-revenue environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering measurable revenue growth through data-led commercial strategies.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • A degree in a numerical, analytical or commercial discipline (or equivalent relevant experience).
