About The Role

We are seeking experienced senior engineers to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in revolutionizing flight operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development of a modern technology platform that emphasizes rapid deployment, scalability, and reliability. As a senior engineer, you will have significant ownership of projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions. The role requires a user-first approach, ensuring that the platforms and applications we build are intuitive, efficient, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Candidates should have a strong background in Rust and C++, with proven experience in desktop and mobile application development, as well as cloud deployment strategies. This position offers a flexible working arrangement, primarily remote within the UK, with a competitive salary of up to £100,000 dependent on experience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive technical background, including:

  • Extensive experience in Rust and C++ programming languages.
  • Proven track record in developing desktop and mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of cloud deployment and management.
  • Experience with scalable and reliable system architecture design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Relevant academic qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in the aviation or transportation sectors is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

As a senior engineer at ECM Selection (Holdings) Limited, your responsibilities will include:
