Role:

• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service, ensuring every client receives a memorable and highly personalised experience.
• Use your womenswear expertise to confidently advise clients on products, fit, styling, and suitability.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and confidently showcase multiple products to clients, identifying opportunities to maximise each sale.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and commercial objectives.
• Stay up to date with new collections, product launches, fashion trends, and competitor activity.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues while also demonstrating the confidence and autonomy to manage the department independently when required.
• Support the management team and wider store with day-to-day operational tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, visual merchandising, and product care.
• Flexible working retail hours and weekends.
