Role Description
This full-time, remote Senior Sales Account Executive role is based in Europe. The Senior Sales Account Executive will:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct lead generation activities
- Manage the sales pipeline for aviation fuel management solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Present product demonstrations
- Prepare proposals
- Negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Provide ongoing customer support
- Gather client feedback to inform product improvements

Regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity is expected, along with participation in industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Lead Generation and new business development.
- Strong Account Management experience, including managing and growing key accounts.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for client-facing interactions.
- Proven Relationship Building capabilities with diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
- Experience in B2B sales; aviation or fuel-related industry experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work remotely in Europe and travel for client meetings as needed.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot) and sales reporting systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
