Are you commercially minded, highly organised, and enjoy building strong customer relationships while keeping a busy sales team running smoothly?

Our client is looking for a Sales & Account Executive to provide essential support to their external sales team while managing a portfolio of existing customers and prospective accounts.

This is far more than an administration role. You'll be at the heart of the commercial function, supporting customers from initial enquiry through to delivery, identifying opportunities to grow accounts, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the external sales team, helping maximise customer engagement and sales opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers and prospective accounts through proactive communication.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and other commercial documentation.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, providing product, pricing and account information.
  • Follow up quotations, samples, trials and sales opportunities to maximise conversions.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and re-engage dormant customers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, customer information and sales pipelines.
  • Coordinate customer requirements with operations, finance, logistics and customer service teams.
  • Support new customer onboarding, including account setup and pricing.
  • Produce sales reports, forecasts and account updates.
  • Take ownership of customer queries and ensure they are resolved promptly and professionally.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
