Senior Account Manager | Food Ingredients
£55,000 to £60,000 + Company Car + Benefits
Home-based, Home Counties
Minimum 1 day per week in the office | UK travel and occasional European travel
Drive growth, manage key food industry accounts and develop new business for a leading international ingredients manufacturer.
We are working with a leading international food ingredients manufacturer to appoint a Senior Account Manager.
This is a commercial, customer-facing role offering the opportunity to grow key accounts, win new business and make a real impact within a successful UK operation.
The Opportunity
You will manage strategic customer accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities across the UK food industry.
Working closely with commercial, technical and R&D teams, you'll help deliver tailored customer solutions and support continued business growth.

- Manage and grow key customer accounts
- Develop and convert new business opportunities
- Lead pricing, negotiations and forecasting activities
- Support customer projects with technical and R&D teams
- Deliver customer presentations, workshops and project meetings
- Share market insights and support UK growth initiatives
About You
We are interested in speaking with people who:
- Have 5+ years' experience within food ingredients, dairy, flavours, savoury or food manufacturing
- Have a proven track record in account management and business development
- Bring strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Have a technical understanding of food technology or product development (desirable)
- Enjoy building long-term customer relationships
- Are comfortable working independently and travelling regularly

Additional Info
Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 + company car and benefits
Travel: UK-wide with occasional European travel
Eligibility: Full UK working rights and a full driving licence required
