The Role

Drive customer growth and long-term partnerships by managing and expanding a portfolio of strategic accounts for a global SaaS leader in procurement and spend management.

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, building trusted relationships while driving account expansion and long-term commercial success.
  • Working closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams, you'll play a key role in increasing customer value, strengthening retention, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Develop strategic account plans, lead Executive Business Reviews, and partner with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and align tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Identify and manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities, building compelling commercial proposals and business cases that support customer growth.
  • Own renewal and expansion conversations, negotiating commercial terms, managing contract lifecycles, and driving multi-year agreements where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate account plans, pipeline forecasts, and CRM data, collaborating with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and achieve revenue growth targets.

  • Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within a SaaS or software environment, with a strong focus on growing existing customer accounts.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, manage commercial conversations, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with experience negotiating contracts, renewals, and pricing while managing a strategic account portfolio.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, maintain accurate forecasts, and deliver against revenue targets.
