About the Role
NVIDIA is seeking a North & East Europe regional Senior Sales Account Manager for State & Local Government and Smart Spaces. You will own strategic relationships with leading cities, public-sector organizations, and smart-space operators in this role. Your focus will be on positioning NVIDIA’s platforms and AI Factory strategy as the engine for modernizing public services and improving competitiveness across the region. This is an outstanding opportunity to be a part of an ambitious team driving remarkable AI-powered transformation in public sectors! We will uncover and develop new opportunities, expand NVIDIA’s regional footprint, and work with cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption of AI and Digital Twins in city environments.
What you'll be doing
- Promoting revenue development for NVIDIA’s Smart Cities, Smart Spaces, and Local Government solutions
- Building robust pipelines and supporting enterprises and governments to deploy AI responsibly across mobility, urban planning, sustainability, energy efficiency, public safety, inspection, and citizen services.
- Developing long-term relationships with senior city leaders, CIOs, CTOs, ministers, mayors’ offices, public-sector agencies, and ecosystem partners to position NVIDIA as their trusted AI transformation partner.
- Leading a robust pipeline linked to priority initiatives. These include digital twins for planning, VLM-powered video analytics, agentic AI for public service automation, and sovereign AI strategies for local governments.
- Engaging with various NVIDIA technology partners and identifying areas of collaboration from technical to business needs.
- Influencing industry standards and guidelines, helping build policy, governance models, and responsible AI approaches across EMEA public-service markets.
- Driving talent development and local capacity building, helping cities build innovation hubs and develop the next generation of public-sector AI skills.

What we need to see
- BSc in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. MBA a plus.
- 10+ years of proven ability in vertical public-sector transformation and technology systems, AI platforms, cloud/edge software.
- Experience working with public-sector entities, including local government, city councils, ministries, smart-city authorities, urban mobility agencies, or critical infrastructure operators.
- Working knowledge of public procurement mechanics in at least two markets in the region: framework agreements, competitive dialogue, direct award routes, and applicable funding instruments.
- Ability to build influence across political, technical, and operational collaborators.
- Excellent communication and executive-presence skills, with the ability to present sophisticated AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Leadership skills: self-starter, autonomous, high integrity, and collaborative.
- Language requirements: Proficient in English, Arabic and/or Turkish is required.

Ways to stand out from the crowd
- Proven success with large city or national digital-transformation projects.
- Experience delivering AI or digital twin outcomes with measurable community impact.
- Inspirational communication style capable of mobilizing partners and collaborators.
- Understanding sales motion for robotics, autonomous systems, digital twins or computer vision into physical operating environments. Equally for AI, data centre or sovereign cloud infrastructure, with enough command of power, siting and phased build-out to lead the conversation.
- Additional language such as Polish or Nordic language is a strong plus.
