Senior Sales Advisor - Inverness - William Wilson

Role Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries and providing solutions, including sourcing, quoting, and managing special orders
- Proactively contacting customers to build relationships and drive branch sales particularly focusing on customers with reduced or inactive spending
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product developments, market trends, and industry changes
- Coordinating with suppliers to source materials, check availability, and negotiate costs
- Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations

Job Details:
- This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 17:00.
Required Qualifications:
- A good all-round knowledge of the plumbing & heating industry with both commercial and domestic factors
- An appreciation of the demands of working within the merchant industry
- Understanding the importance of teamwork and how it can improve service levels for customers
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding and passion for excellence in customer service
- IT, Numeracy, and Analytical skills required
