Senior Sales Advisor - Laurence Coste

Location: 109 Walton Street, London SW3 2HP
Position: Full-time
Schedule: Predominantly Monday to Friday

About Laurence Coste

Laurence Coste is an independent jewellery brand, with each piece handmade and designed in Chelsea. With three boutiques across London and a strong online presence, we are known for our distinctive designs, exceptional craftsmanship, and highly personalised customer service.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Advisor to join our Walton Street boutique.

Opened in 2006, Walton Street is the original Laurence Coste boutique and a very special part of the brand. This intimate store is a true pearl of the brand, supported by a strong and loyal client base from all over the world.

This role would suit an experienced retail salesperson who is confident in building long-term client relationships, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the boutique, and contributing positively to a supportive and collaborative team.
This is not a management position and does not involve managing a team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
