Senior Sales Advisor – Woking | Leading Gym Brand
Up to £32k depending on experience plus commission structure
We are recruiting for this exciting fitness opportunity in Woking for a Senior Sales Advisor with a leading brand in the health and fitness industry. The role of a Senior Sales Advisor is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who is passionate about fitness, thrives on achieving targets, and enjoys delivering an exceptional member experience while supporting the wider sales team.
What will you be doing?
- Driving sales and marketing activities, developing innovative plans to grow membership. This could include supporting the club's social media and digital content, as well as getting involved in the local community through events, outreach, and corporate networking.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by supporting existing members while consistently achieving membership sales targets and wider business KPIs.
- Leading by example with a proactive, hands-on approach to sales, creating a positive first impression for every prospective member.
- Supporting and mentoring newer team members by sharing best practice and helping to maintain a high-performing sales culture.
- Working weekends on a rotational basis to support the club's operational needs.

You will be passionate about fitness, driven to succeed, and motivated to achieve both personal and business goals.
The ideal Senior Sales Advisor will have:
- Previous experience working within a gym or fitness environment (essential).
- A background in the fitness industry.
- Strong sales experience with a proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
- Confidence, energy, and excellent communication skills.
- A passion for building strong relationships with members, colleagues, the local community, and corporate partners.
- A calm, resilient approach with the ability to resolve member enquiries and club issues professionally.
- Flexibility to work weekends on a rotational basis.
