Role
The Senior Sales Advisor at BOGGI Milano builds strong relationships with clients and translates the brand’s vision and commercial objectives into tangible results every day.
Responsibilities
- Achieve the sales targets defined by the Store Manager;
- Work in synergy with colleagues, supporting the team and contributing to a climate of mutual trust;
- Maintain a positive, balanced, and constructive approach, even in high-pressure situations, demonstrating consistency and a strong work ethic with a continuous improvement mindset;
- Welcome, engage, and build relationships with clients, providing, through active listening, a consultative sales approach consistent with BOGGI Milano’s brand positioning;
- Turn the analysis of key KPIs into concrete corrective actions aimed at improving store performance;
- Turn every client interaction into an excellent customer experience through targeted storytelling, in-depth product knowledge, and a sales approach designed to best meet each client’s needs;
- Manage time and daily priorities effectively.

Who you are
- You have at least three years of sales experience in the premium fashion/menswear sector;
- You have a good command of English; additional languages will be considered a plus.
