About the Role
As a Senior Sales Advisor, you’ll help individuals and families find the right care, while building relationships, achieving realistic targets, and making a real impact.
Up to £27,500 plus uncapped commission and great benefits.
This isn’t a scripted call-centre role.
Every enquiry is different. You’ll listen, understand what people need, and guide them towards the right service, from Home Care and Live-in Care to Care Homes.
How You’ll Make An Impact Daily
- Own and manage new care enquiries
- Build relationships with clients, families, and professionals
- Understand needs and recommend the right care
- Work across our range of care services
- Manage follow-ups and maximize opportunities
- Work closely with operational teams
- Keep records accurate and up to date
- Identify ways to improve customer experience
- Share ideas and help us do things better

You don’t need care experience. You could come from any sales or customer-focused environment; what matters is that you are:

Experience in care is useful, but your attitude, ability, and approach matter more.
