Senior Sales and Office Coordinator

Location: Halifax
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 + annual bonus of 1 month's salary
Flexible working and expectations of being in the office 2 times per month

Hays are working with a growing global technology company who are looking for a Senior Sales and Office Coordinator to support the Operations Director and Sales Director. Are you a highly organised administrator with advanced Excel skills with a passion for supporting a busy commercial team? They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented person to provide essential support to senior leadership, sales teams, and wider business functions.

This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines executive support, project coordination, reporting, customer service, and office administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team while delivering accurate reporting and data analysis to support business decisions.

  • Provide PA support to the Head of Sales, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and management information.
  • Organise and maintain key business documentation and information.
  • Support sales and technical teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Liaise with international colleagues and stakeholders.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Produce regular sales reports and analysis for the sales team.
  • Manipulate large datasets using Excel to generate meaningful business insights.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and training documentation.

Office Administration & Coordination

  • Manage general office administration, including expenses, invoices, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate team activities, meetings, and internal communications.
  • Support cross-functional projects and ensure records remain up to date.

Tender & Documentation Management

  • Maintain document libraries and control documentation updates.

Events, Marketing & Customer Support

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and accommodation bookings in the UK and internationally.
  • Support marketing activities, including newsletters, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and assist with customer visits.

Compliance & Business Support

  • Support HR administration and document management activities.
