Cashmirino is hiring a Senior Sales Assistant for our London flagship store.
Following the recent opening of our new flagship boutique on Brook Street, Mayfair, we are continuing to grow our London team and are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Assistant to join us.
Cashmirino is a luxury childrenswear house recognised for exceptional craftsmanship, refined design and the use of the finest natural fibres. Every collection reflects our commitment to quality, artistry and timeless elegance, together with a highly personal approach to client service.
We are looking for a polished, confident and commercially minded individual who understands the expectations of a luxury retail environment and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences and lasting relationships with clients.
Senior Sales Assistant – Full Time | Brook Street, London

- Delivering an exceptional and highly personalised client experience
- Building and developing strong client relationships through effective clienteling
- Driving sales and contributing to the achievement of individual and store targets
- Developing excellent product knowledge and confidently communicating the Cashmirino story
- Maintaining the highest standards of visual presentation and brand image
- Supporting stock management and the day-to-day operation of the boutique
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless luxury experience
- Acting as a strong example of professionalism, service and attention to detail on the shop floor
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in luxury retail, ideally within fashion, childrenswear or another premium client-focused environment
- A proven track record in sales and delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A confident, professional and refined approach
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
- The legal right to work in the UK – this is a mandatory requirement
