ABOUT RIXO:

A rail of vintage dresses. A London flat. Two best friends who wanted to build the brand they couldn't find. That was 2015. Today, RIXO is six stores across London, New York, and Ireland, known for original hand-painted prints, bias-cut silhouettes, and sizing up to a UK 26. We design for every woman, every occasion, every body. The pieces are meant to be worn, loved, and kept.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Senior Sales Assistant at our Bicester Village store, you will play a key role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the development of the wider store team. With strong product knowledge and a passion for fashion, you will act as a brand ambassador and inspirational role model, helping to maximise performance, profitability, and customer loyalty.

You will also hold Key Holder responsibilities, supporting store operations and leading by example on the shop floor.

This is a part-time position (24 - 32 hours per week).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience to exceed service expectations and drive sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, developing a loyal client base.
  • Maximise one-to-one sales opportunities and coach colleagues to do the same.
  • Confidently cross-sell products across all collections and new launches.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all products, services, stock availability, and best sellers.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
  • Process transactions efficiently, including refunds, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
