Role Description

- Welcoming and advising customers
- Driving sales through product knowledge and styling support
- Ensuring the store is consistently well-presented and organized
- Handling transactions
- Managing stock replenishment
- Supporting visual merchandising
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures

The Senior Sales Assistant will also act as a role model for junior team members, helping to maintain high service standards and contributing to daily sales targets and overall store performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a premium in-store experience.
- Effective Communication and Sales skills, including confident client engagement and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Solid Organization Skills, with attention to detail in stock management, store presentation, and handling multiple tasks.
- Previous retail experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands, ideally at senior sales or supervisory level.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and collaborating within a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and standard retail operations.
