Senior Sales Associate - Oakley®

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Associate who brings presence and consistency. Someone who delivers strong results, supports teammates, and helps set the standard on the shop floor, while staying hands-on and customer first.
What You’ll Do
- Lead by example: deliver standout service, strong sales behaviours, and confident product storytelling, every day.
- Support performance: contribute to sales growth through add-ons, closing with purpose, and helping the store achieve its targets.
- Be a go-to on the floor: support less experienced colleagues, share best practice, and help maintain pace and standards during busy periods.
- Bring the Oakley brand to life: champion product launches, campaigns, and key stories with confidence and clarity.
- Stay composed under pressure: remain calm, professional, and solution-focused when it’s fast-paced or challenging.
- Support the leadership team: assist Assistant Managers and Store Managers by reinforcing standards, priorities, and ways of working.
- Build product expertise: stay current through Oakley training and use it to elevate the customer experience.
- Create an inclusive experience: treat everyone with respect and help foster a welcoming, high-energy team environment.
