Senior Sales Associate - Luxury Fashion - Bicester Village
Full-Time
£32,000–£34,000 + Commission
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Associate to join a prestigious luxury fashion house in Bicester Village.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and commercially driven individual with a strong background in luxury ready-to-wear, excellent clienteling skills, and a genuine interest in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised luxury shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clientele.
- Drive individual and store sales performance, consistently achieving KPIs and targets.
- Develop a strong understanding of the brand's collections, heritage, and product offering.
- Support the wider team in maintaining high standards of service, visual merchandising, and boutique operations.

About You
- Approximately 5 years of experience in luxury or premium fashion, ideally within ready-to-wear.
- Previous experience within Bicester Village would be highly desirable.
- Strong sales performance with proven clienteling and CRM skills.
- Confident, polished, and commercially driven, with a natural ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Fluent English is essential; an additional language would be an advantage.
- A genuine passion for luxury fashion and delivering outstanding customer service.
