We’re strengthening support for some of Colt’s largest and most complex enterprise customers.

As a Senior Sales Associate, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives to manage a focused set of high-value, strategic accounts.

You’ll take ownership of complex commercial activity, renewals, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring opportunities are progressed effectively and customers receive a consistently high-quality experience.

This role plays a key part in delivering rigorous commercial execution and strong customer outcomes across complex, multi-national environments.

It’s well suited to someone with a solid grounding in B2B sales or account management within telecoms, technology, or complex services, who is confident operating in fast-paced, high-value customer environments and can add value from day one.

What you will do

Strategic customer engagement

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to manage a portfolio of strategic, high-value customers
  • Act as a senior day-to-day commercial contact, building relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Contribute to customer governance activities including service reviews, operational forums, and commercial discussions
  • Support structured stakeholder engagement across both Colt and customer organisations
  • Anticipate risks, dependencies, and opportunities within complex, multi-country account environments

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
