Full-time | New store opening
M.J. Bale is coming to London, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Associate to join the team opening our first UK store on Jermyn Street.
We’re an Australian menswear brand with a reputation for great tailoring, natural fibres and genuinely personal service. Now we’re bringing our take on modern menswear to one of London’s most iconic shopping streets.
If you love building customer relationships, know your way around a well-cut suit and enjoy being part of a team that takes pride in what it does, this could be a great next move.
About The Role
You’ll be one of the first people to introduce M.J. Bale to London customers, helping set the standard for how our brand shows up on Jermyn Street.

This is a senior position on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager, lead by example and play an important part in building the store’s customer base, sales performance and team culture.
Your Day Will Include
- Getting to know customers and delivering a personal, considered shopping experience.
- Helping customers find the right fit, whether they need a new suit, a wardrobe update or something for a special occasion.
- Building long-term client relationships and giving customers a reason to come back.
- Meeting your own sales targets and supporting the wider team to hit theirs.
- Sharing your product knowledge and helping newer team members find their feet.
- Keeping the shop floor sharp, well-stocked and ready for customers.
- Supporting visual merchandising, stock management and day-to-day store operations.
- Working with the Store Manager to spot opportunities, improve performance and build a successful new store.

You’re someone who genuinely enjoys selling, understands the value of great service and knows that strong customer relationships do not happen by accident.

Ideally, You’ll Bring
- Experience in premium menswear, tailoring, fashion or luxury retail.
- A strong sales track record and confidence working towards targets.
- The ability to build rapport quickly and create loyal, repeat customers.
- A good eye for fit, styling, presentation and detail.
- The confidence to support colleagues and set a strong example on the shop floor.
- A proactive approach and the willingness to get involved wherever needed.
- Genuine enthusiasm for being part of a new store and a growing brand.
- Arabic language skills would be highly regarded, given the international clientele on Jermyn Street.
