About The Company
We are working with a beautiful luxury fashion brand, known for its refined aesthetic, exceptional quality and highly personalised customer experience.
As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Associate to join their London team.
The Role
As Senior Sales Associate, you will deliver an exceptional level of service while building strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
You will be confident working towards individual sales targets, providing personalised styling advice and representing the brand to the highest standard.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a luxury or premium retail background who is proactive, polished and genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised luxury customer experience
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop clienteling opportunities through regular follow-up and personalised communication
- Provide knowledgeable styling and product advice
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and develop new client relationships
- Work closely with the wider store team to achieve business targets
- Maintain excellent visual and presentation standards across the store
- Support with day-to-day store operations when required

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience within luxury retail
- Strong clienteling and VIC management experience
- Commercially driven with a proven track record exceeding sales targets
- Passion for luxury fashion, tailoring, and personalised service
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Polished, professional, and confident representing a luxury brand
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
