HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As an ALAÏA Ambassador, you have to achieve sales in line with the ambitions of the Boutique and ensure that every Client has an exceptional and unique experience by providing the highest standards of service.
Driving ALAÏA Commercial Strategy And Sales Ceremony
- Reaching weekly / monthly store targets with the team
- Increasing average basket in quantity and value (UPT, VPT)
- Developing cross-selling
- Knowing RTW and Accessories construction and vocabulary to tell the story of the ALAÏA world
Client Relationship & Portfolio Development
- Cultivates exceptional client relationships with international clients to maintain and enhance the client loyalty of their current portfolio
- Establishes action plans and strategies to increase and develop your client base - upgrade high potentials and regain lost clients
- Efficiently develops the client portfolio, notably through networking outside the Boutique and having hunting in mind all the time
- Asking open questions to engage clients to talk, listening to their needs and getting the right information to make the sale in order to ensure clients return
- Participates in client events as well as high ticket client events and/or actions
- Resolves client issues when they arise by promptly investigating the opportunities and root causes, proposing solutions and escalating to hierarchy potential roadblocks and recommendations in order to drive excellence in client service

Client Service Excellence
- Bringing to life the ALAÏA client experience
- Representing the highest standards and promoting ALAÏA’s name and image within the Boutique and keeping the integrity alive
- Welcoming clients in the boutique, over the phone and by e-mail according to ALAÏA guidance and standards
- Developing the client book and updating the client database
- Developing client loyalty through excellent service and treatment
- Reinforcing clientele relationships with consistent follow up
Boutique Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Taking part actively in team meetings, events, regular inventory counts and all daily operations as required
- Respecting and ensuring the highest standards of Visual Merchandising in line with the Boutique guidance
- Ensuring the Boutique is kept tidy, clean and welcoming at all times
- Respecting and applying security rules and mindset (local and Maison security rules)
- Participate in management of cashier duties to complete a sale
- Taking care of the cash desk
- Taking the deposits and managing pre-orders
Brand Ambassador
- Maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge, understanding products and trends, collections to tell the story of ALAÏA
- Following the ALAÏA Grooming standards at all times whilst representing the Maison
- Working closely as a part of a team and with partners of the Maison

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Established sales experience in Luxury Fashion / Accessories
- RTW orientated (experience in Haute Couture is advantageous)
- Experience in pinning a dress to assist with alterations is a plus
- Strong sales techniques and clientelling – must have a strong client base
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Warm and friendly personality that can build relationships easily
- Fluent in English (written and oral), a second language is a plus
- Strong drive to succeed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email is required
