As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, including the opening of our first standalone store within Liberty London, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Associate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and grow our retail proposition, leading from the front while working closely with the Concession Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a jewellery or luxury retail environment and will be excited by the opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-growing, founder-led brand.

Delivering an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Support the Concession Manager on delivering sales and maintaining standards.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service at all times.
- Advise on appropriate types of jewellery and assist with styling.
- Process sales with the highest level of accuracy.
- Be a brand ambassador and demonstrate excellent brand knowledge.
- Support VM standards in store.
- Experience of working on a Concession.
- Able to work both opening and closing shifts.
Driving Sales
- Drive sales by increasing average spend and customer retention.
- Monitor and drive store and team KPIs.
- Deliver a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service through your sales team.
- Develop and maintain client relationships in line with Rachel Jackson's core values to drive repeat business, including data acquisition in accordance with RJ's Data Policy.
Building a Strong Team
- Implement and manage the rota/staffing schedule.
- Manage the team in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Implement the approved brand and product training programme to ensure consistent and effective styling advice to all customers.

Delivering Efficiency
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines to a high standard.
- Ensure the in-store experience (Concession cleanliness) is in line with the guidelines and Brand standard.
- Maintain an accurate stock file through full stock takes using NetSuite.
- Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working in a jewellery, fashion or luxury retail environment, ideally within a Concession.
- A proven track record of driving sales and achieving individual and team KPIs.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable client experiences.
- A natural storyteller, able to bring the Rachel Jackson brand, product craftsmanship and symbolism to life for customers.
- A genuine passion for jewellery, gemstones, and personal styling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to support and motivate a team.
- Experience using NetSuite or a similar stock management system is desirable.
- Highly organised, flexible, and comfortable working within a fast-paced, growing business.
