Location: Cheltenham Town Centre Hours: Full Time Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic + uncapped commission, OTE: £45,000 – £50,000 +
We are seeking a polished experienced Senior Sales Associate / Valuer to join our busy and successful Cheltenham town centre office. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to further develop your skills and enjoy genuine career progression with an established and highly respected market leader.
As a Senior Sales Associate / Valuer, you will bring a strong depth of knowledge and experience in residential sales. You will be confident conducting market appraisals, winning instructions and utilising effective business development techniques to grow market share. You will also manage buyer and seller enquiries, match applicants to suitable properties, qualify clients and identify their individual needs.

A typical day will include:
- Team meetings
- Preparing for market appraisals and instruction appointments
- Managing existing client properties
- Actively seeking new business opportunities
- Assisting colleagues with viewings
- Supporting sales progression
- Handling incoming enquiries
This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone energetic, well-presented and an excellent communicator.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record within Estate Agency
- Confidence conducting market appraisals and winning instructions
- A strong team player with a proactive mindset
- Excellent presentation, communication and closing skills
- Strong IT and organisational skills
- Results-driven, tenacious and self-motivated
- High professional and ethical standards
- Ability to build and nurture trusted client relationships
- Full UK driving licence and own car essential
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
