About the role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our Morrisons Media Group team. The Senior Client Manager (Sales) will drive incremental revenue growth for Morrisons Media Group by building direct brand relationships and unlocking investment beyond existing JBPs. You’ll lead strategic sales conversations, helping brands harness MMG’s first-party data, audience targeting and digital media capabilities to achieve their marketing objectives.
What you’ll do
- Drive incremental revenue growth by identifying, building and converting direct brand opportunities beyond existing JBPs.
- Lead consultative sales conversations, uncovering brand challenges and turning Morrisons’ audiences, insight and media into compelling solutions.
- Sell sophisticated, high-value media solutions, including first-party data (1PD), audience targeting, digital screens and addressable media.
- Build influential senior relationships with brand and marketing decision-makers, expanding MMG’s reach beyond traditional shopper marketing teams.
- Bring Morrisons’ audiences to life, partnering with Insight and Planning to turn customer data into powerful, easy-to-understand sales stories.
- Collaborate across MMG and Morrisons, working with Client, Planning, Media, Insight and Creative teams to unlock exciting new commercial opportunities.
- Help shape the future of MMG’s proposition by bringing brand feedback into the business and identifying opportunities for new audiences, products and media solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
