Role Description
The Senior Sales Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Warrington, with flexibility to work from home on agreed days. This role involves developing and managing relationships with aesthetic clinics, distributors, wholesalers, and pharmacies to promote LUMIFIL® and associated brands, driving sales growth and market expansion. The Senior Sales Consultant will conduct consultative meetings, product presentations, and training sessions (in-person and virtual), identifying client needs and recommending tailored product solutions to support clinical outcomes and business performance.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Managing a sales pipeline
- Following up on leads
- Negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines
- Ensuring accurate documentation in CRM systems
The role also includes:
- Collaborating with marketing and customer support teams
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Providing feedback to inform product development and sales strategies
Qualifications

- Strong sales consulting skills, with proven experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales in healthcare, aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors.
- Ability to drive customer satisfaction, with a focus on building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and supporting clinics in achieving excellent patient outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, including confident presentation, negotiation, and the ability to explain technical product information in clear, accessible language.
- Customer service and client support capabilities, including responsiveness, follow-through, and handling inquiries or issues in a professional, empathetic manner.
- Consulting skills to assess clinic requirements, recommend product combinations, and provide strategic guidance on product usage and business growth.
- Experience working in a hybrid environment, with strong self-management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Comfort with CRM systems, basic data analysis, and reporting on sales performance and market trends.
