💰 £1,800 per month consultancy fee

📅 Monday–Friday | Parent Contact Focus: 10am–7pm

Brainology is looking for a serious sales professional who knows how to CLOSE.

We are an established, Ofsted-registered education provider operating across Birmingham, with ambitious expansion plans.

We currently have 1,000+ leads in our pipeline, a consistent flow of new enquiries, and exciting new services launching, including our 11+ Mock Test Centre.

The opportunities are there. We need someone who can turn them into paying students.

THE ROLE

You will take full ownership of our sales and enrolment pipeline, managing the entire customer journey from initial enquiry through to confirmed enrolment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and convert 1,000+ existing leads into active students.
  • Respond to new enquiries promptly and ensure no lead goes cold.
  • Proactively contact parents, understand their requirements, and book trial sessions.
  • Manage trial bookings, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate post-trial feedback, speak with parents, and secure enrolments.
  • Ensure all confirmed enrolments are handed over accurately to Finance.
  • Manage multiple pipelines, including our tuition centres and new 11+ Mock Test Centre.
  • Maintain complete CRM accuracy, follow-up schedules, and pipeline visibility.
  • Provide clear weekly reporting on activity, bookings, conversions, and revenue opportunities.
  • Take ownership of agreed sales targets and consistently deliver results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are not looking for someone who simply makes calls and updates a CRM.

We want a proven sales closer who understands pipeline management, follows up relentlessly, and takes accountability for results.

You must have:

  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in high-volume B2C sales.
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding conversion targets.
  • Experience managing large pipelines of warm leads.
  • Excellent telephone sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Strong CRM knowledge and exceptional organisational skills.
  • The ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • A proactive, commercially driven mindset with a genuine hunger to succeed.

Experience in education, tuition, childcare, or admissions sales would be an advantage.

THE PACKAGE

  • 💷 £1,800 per month consultancy fee — equivalent to approximately £25,100 gross annual employment salary, based on estimated take-home pay before pension or student loan deductions.
  • 📄 Initial 6-month independent consultancy contract.
  • 🏠 Fully remote.
  • 🕙 Monday–Friday service coverage, with a strong focus on reaching parents between 10am and 7pm. Delivery arrangements to be agreed.
  • 📈 Established pipeline of 1,000+ leads, alongside new enquiries and expanding services.
  • 🚀 Immediate start preferred.
